Version 1.5.0.B2 of the platform independent Server, Coadunation has been released. This version works on improving the core of the server by updating the libraries used to provide the web service access. In effect a minor re-write of the httpd server used to provide these facilities.
Coadunation is platform independent Server implement in Java. It has been designed from the ground up to provide an easy way to develop and deploy both web applications and daemons in a seamless standardized environment. This makes it easier for sysadmins, developers and end users.

(Note: Coadunation provides a direct web service layer that can be implemented and deployed with a daemon. This facility has been upgraded and tradition application server based web services have not been affected by this change, as they will run from the built in application server.)
